With a passion for multifaceted storytelling, Kenyatah's journey through theater and performance has been nothing short of remarkable. From her electrifying portrayal as Tina Turner for Timeless Gifts Youth and Young Adults program to her award-winning performances as Dorothy in "The Wiz" and Ronette in "Little Shop of Horrors," her talent knows no bounds.

Her artistic prowess extends beyond the stage, with credits as a background dancer for choreographer Kysha Simpson and backing vocalist for jazz sensation Joan Calloso. As head screenwriter and director for The Film Spot, Kenyatah brings her unique perspective to the forefront, crafting narratives that captivate and inspire.

In addition to her work with The Film Spot, Kenyatah lends her expertise to projects with acclaimed actor Edward Williams The 3rd and producer Andrae Ambrose. Her directorial portfolio boasts a diverse range of music videos for artists such as Kajahn Ari, Malik B, Dakiyah Pedraza, and Nine, along with the web series "Dr. Black" and an adaptive concept pitch for author C. Lynn Williams.

But Kenyatah's impact extends beyond the screen. As a teacher artist for Free Lunch Academy and Timeless Gifts, she's dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artistic talent. From curating film production and performance curriculums to producing and directing Village Leadership Academy's Spring Musical of "The Wiz," Kenyatah's commitment to education is unwavering.

As the creative force behind acclaimed TV shows like "The Puppe," "Dr. Black," and "Runnin 21," Jalen's vision shines through in every frame. His talent extends beyond the screen, with co-directing and co-editing credits on projects like "The Quadruple Effect" and "Common Ground," showcasing his collaborative spirit.

In addition to his television work, Jalen's stage presence is equally impressive. From his standout performance as Dean Smiley in "Be A Buddy Not A Bully" to his roles in theatrical productions like "Romeo and Juliet" and "Antigone," Jalen's commitment to the craft is unwavering.

CHETERRA McCRAY

JoJo Rodgers is an American-born actor and filmmaker whose journey into the world of storytelling began in the heartland of Indiana. Raised in the cities of Gary and Merrillville as the youngest of five siblings, JoJo discovered his passion for film at a young age, a love that would ultimately shape his career and define his life's work.

From his earliest memories, JoJo was captivated by the magic of cinema, finding inspiration in the power of storytelling to evoke emotion and connect people across cultures and experiences. This deep-seated passion led him to pursue his dreams, culminating in his first major role in the independent film Happy House, which completed production in 2021.

JoJo’s career has since been a testament to his talent and dedication. He has appeared in numerous productions, showcasing his versatility as an actor in films such as Roadkill, 219, Running 21, and Dr. Black. In 2024, he made his mark as the leading actor in the critically acclaimed series Love and Loathing, earning praise for his compelling performance and on-screen presence.

Most recently, JoJo took on a pivotal role in the ensemble cast of the series The Puppe. As one of the many talented and established actors involved in its production, his contribution stands out as a testament to his craft and commitment.
